Payments are due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July and October.
If you would like to register to make online or phone payments, please visit www.ClickPay.com/FirstService or call 1-888-354-0135 (option 1). You can pay with a check or with a credit card.
If you want pay by check, please feel free to bring your payment into our office at the Clubhouse. If you mail in your payment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid receiving any late fees in the event of a postal delivery delay. We also have a locked drop box located right outside the office door, if you need to drop your payment off after office hours.
If you use prefer mailing your check, please include your payment coupon or if you are mailing a check without your coupon, please also make sure your Lake Charles account number is in the note section and mail it to:
