A resident driver residing in Lake Charles must bring their current registration form, indicating their Lake Charles address, to the office for the placement of the barcode on that vehicle.
There is no cost to the homeowner on the initial first 2 barcodes. If a resident is going to require subsequent barcodes in the future, it will be at a cost of $15.00 each. (check or money order only please, no cash or credit card can be accepted).
